Refund, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

Cancellations

Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. Please review your cart, shipping address, and order details carefully before completing checkout.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds on any order. As each product is handcrafted and kept in limited stock, we do not accept general returns for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect sizing expectations, or personal preference.

Exchanges — Wrong or Damaged Items Only

If you receive a wrong item, or an item that is damaged in transit, you may request an exchange under the following conditions:

Reporting window: You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

What we require to process your request:

1. A clear unboxing video showing the product and packaging condition (this must show the package being opened for the first time, without cuts/edits)
2. A copy of your order confirmation or invoice
3. Clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect item

Verification & Resolution:
Once your request and supporting evidence are reviewed and verified by our team, we will arrange a replacement of the same item, subject to availability. If the same item is no longer available, we will offer a suitable alternative or, where neither is possible, a refund for that item only.

Conditions for eligibility:

• The product must not have been used
• Any tags or original packaging should be intact where applicable
• Claims made after 48 hours of delivery, or without the required unboxing video and invoice, will not be eligible for exchange

Since-Sold Products

As our products are handmade in limited quantities by artisan partners, once a product is sold it may not always be re-stocked in the same design.
