Shipping & Delivery Policy
Order Processing
All SV Hirakani products are handmade and kept ready in stock — we do not manufacture products after an order is placed. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days of order confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Shipping Charges
- Orders of ₹999 or more: Free shipping
- Orders below ₹999: a flat shipping charge of ₹99 applies
Delivery Timeline
Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 5-7 business days, depending on your location within India. Delivery timelines are estimates provided by our courier partners and may occasionally vary due to factors outside our control (weather, courier delays, regional logistics disruptions, etc.).
Delivery Area
We currently ship only within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive shipping and tracking updates via WhatsApp and/or email.
Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will make reasonable attempts to deliver your order to the address provided at checkout. If delivery cannot be completed after multiple attempts, the courier partner may contact you directly to resolve the issue.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
